Its Gram-positive activity includes Streptococcus spp. and MSSA. WebAn antibiotic breakpoint is the dilution where bacteria begin to show resistance. The breakpoint and range of dilutions differ by drug and bacterial species. Tables listing the respective breakpoints are subject to constant re-evaluation by CLSI according to newest scientific data (pharmacological and clinical data).
