Web24 jul. 2014 · I am using iSCSI due to a Server Essentials Role Backup feature that only allows backups to an internal drive. So I "tricked" the OS by adding the target to my Thecus N7700. You can give each machine its own LUN and still use iSCSI but without the sharing - each machine gets dedicated space for its own backups. (SAN sans sharing, ha ha.)
